Let's face it, burnout sucks. 

If you are feeling like you are burning out, you are not alone. While burnout can come from any kind of stressors, it doesn't help that our culture prides itself on uber productivity, working long hours as a badge of honor, and optics that we can "handle it all" even though we know that at times, we cannot. 

Our work culture needs to change, desperately. This is one of my main motivators to start Love Your Limbic—to help people who are burning out from "work". It takes a lot of effort to be mindful of how to do more with what we have and preserve our energy such that we can actually enjoy life outside of the office and thrive. 

I hope you stick around as we navigate how to optimize well-being and actually become energized by work. Love Your Limbic focuses on self-care from the inside-out, starting with the brain. When we know more about stress (and not just feel it), we become empowered. Let's become empowered and prevent burnout, starting today.
